The five major roles for this position are:
- Design Material Organization: Coordinate Content Presentation Preparedness
- Full Scope Project Timeline and Budget Management: Construction Through Furnishings
- Team Management: Leadership, Collaboration and Accountability
- Project Standard Management: Quality Assurance and Procedural Development
- Operational Management: Process Optimization
Responsibilities and Job Characteristics
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- Previous experience managing within a Luxury, High End, Residential, New Construction Interior Design Firm.
- Proficiency in design software Adobe Creative Suite and/or Studio Designer (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
Salary and Benefits: Commensurate to Experience and Portfolio
