The five major roles for this position are:

  • Executive Support: Outlook Calendaring, Scheduling, Email Communications, Billable Time and Special Projects
  • Office and Showroom Management: Manage Supplies, Organization, and Upkeep
  • IT and Facilities Support: Responsible for all Technology, Equipment, and Maintenance
  • Team Support: General Errands, Presentation Preparations, and Filing
  • Marketing and Branding: Spearhead Campaigns and Support Business Development

Responsibilities and Job Characteristics

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to 100% commit to Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm minimum hours in Mountain View office (45 min. maximum commute).
  • Positive, enthusiastic team player excited to contribute without limitation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years in an Administrative support background preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with proven experience in Microsoft calendaring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong intuitive knowledge of the needs of others, and a proactive approach to jump in and support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A desire to work closely and in tandem with the Founder/Principal Designer.
  • Confidential and acute management of assigned tasks.
  • Extremely detail oriented and accurate in all deliverables.
  • Must be a problem-solver, self-starter and highly resourceful.
