The five major roles for this position are:

  • Manage the Design team
  • Manage production and deliverables
  • Create and manage schedules and workflow
  • Manage project budgets and time-billing
  • Manage design standards and quality assurance

Responsibilities and Job Characteristics

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Previous experience managing within a Luxury, High End, Residential, New Construction Interior Design Firm.
  • Proficiency in design software Adobe Creative Suite and/or Studio Designer (a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
