The five major roles for this position are:

  • Project, Budget and Timeline Management: Project Time and Material Budgeting, Milestone Timeline Projections and Tracking, Project Reporting
  • Order Management: Purchase Order, Order Acknowledgements, Payment Requests
  • Product Receiving Management: Tracking, Receiving, Deliveries and Scheduling
  • Quality Assurance Management: Receiving, Repair, Claims, Budget Management
  • Installation Management: Scheduling, On-Site Installation Supervision, Post-Installation Follow-Up

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential custom furnishings procurement or project management.
  • Studio Designer software experience, or equivalent, a plus
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase order management, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
