Are you an experienced marketing and digital communications professional with a background in executing omnichannel marketing initiatives within the events space? Are you looking for an exciting position that would allow you to be at the forefront of content development and have a hands-on role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that deliver against business goals and objectives? Then look no further Health Connect Partners is currently hiring a Marketing Manager.

This role is responsible for digital marketing and content initiatives while managing performance across marketing channels and optimizing conversion rates for a seamless customer journey. The primary objectives will be end-to-end involvement with event marketing, creating and distributing content that drives Health Connect Partner’s growth via strengthening the existing positioning, expanding audiences, and driving engagement both at and between events.

This position will play a key and hands-on role in all marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a mix of established and growing brands that need both creative and strategic input. This role will require you to be flexible and dynamic; be a self-starter and work as well autonomously as with a team; think strategically and be hands-on in the execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Marketing to develop, oversee, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple industry segments to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

  • Utilize expert knowledge of omnichannel marketing communication to create engagement and nurture strategies driving customer retention.

  • Own conversion rate optimization and analytics tracking for website and email marketing, implementing a culture of continuous improvement based on KPI analysis, data-driven optimizations, and strategic A/B testing to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Serve as in-house expert on SEO best practices across all search engines, responsible for optimizing SEO for all properties and brands.

  • Build and manage cookie synching for high quality targeted campaigns.

  • Assist with creation, implementation and tracking of all content and digital strategies for multiple events.

  • Develop and maintain the content and communication calendar that reflects each specific sector that the events support.

  • Oversee testing, analyze performance data, and adjust resources to top performing content elements.

  • Lead the email campaign process from end-to-end including copywriting

  • Partner with the team to create storytelling around brand, events, and digital media that drives marketing content, audience engagement, and supports revenue generation.

  • Develop and manage the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).

  • Guide content creation & capture at all in person conferences including assisting with contracting video crew, scheduling and time management, daily sizzle reel distribution, social media posting, social media contest winner management.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying them to drive continuous improvement along with marketing practices and emerging digital platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.

  • Build and maintain up-to-date media database with targeted outlet lists for press releases.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of applicable professional marketing experience (covering digital marketing, advertising, marketing strategy, and content development) with an invested interest in digital event marketing.

  • Experience with performance and channel marketing, including managing and building campaigns in Google Ads, Adroll, Linkedin Ads.

  • Hands-on execution experience of website, paid search, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media.

  • Experience with SEO-led and content-marketing-led campaigns.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and share reports, using data from social media and web analytics including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM Tracking.

  • Experience with web-based mass email tools, such as Emma or Mailchimp, and content management systems (CMS) is preferred.

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English; creative experience as a copy writer and/or copy editor is preferred.

  • Highly effective communicator through email, phone, video, and in person.

  • Experience working at a high-growth, entrepreneurial business; creative agency experience a plus.

  • Superior organization skills, can set priorities and manage several projects with minimal supervision.
