We are seeking a ***Collision Repair Body & Paint Estimator *** Full-Time to join our team

You will be responsible for working directly with customers, needs assessment, insurance and customer pay jobs, writing estimates & supplements, ordering parts, working with production managers/technicians to explain the customer needs, sales tracking, lead tracking/follow up, shop management system reports, hitting sales goals and monthly deliveries.

Responsibilities Include

  • Work in a production collision repair environment
  • Work with production manager, body men, and estimators
  • Writing Repair Estimates & Supplements
  • Ordering Parts and Updating Shop Management System with Costs & POs
  • Working with Insurance Adjustors
  • Achieving monthly sales goals and tracking job status
  • Lead tracking, sales, and monthly email marketing.
  • Website and Social Media Site Updates and content curation.
