Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Specialist, you will provide strategy-driven marketing to a portfolio of properties managed by our amazing company You will give insight and feedback to our management team regarding SEO optimization, market trends, long term and short term goals for leasing and occupancy, and more. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and Property Managers to produce and execute marketing campaigns that are smart, innovative and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team in marketing efforts to increase leasing traffic and occupancy of properties
  • Analyze leasing and marketing performance, prepare and provide SEO performance reporting to management team and owners
  • Participate in weekly and monthly scheduled meetings with teams to review marketing performance for communities
  • Provide leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams
  • Website design and management
  • Manage advertising platforms
  • Create/design marketing ideas and campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, resident events, etc.
  • Increase social media presence and drive qualified traffic to the communities
  • Create marketing action plans for properties not meeting occupancy goals
  • Present recommendations, ideas and strategies to operations and ownership in a way that illustrates pros, cons, risk, and reward

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing campaign production or a similar role
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of online digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Creative mindset with an attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to accomplish tasks independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Extras

  • 3-5 years marketing experience that directly supports marketing manager responsibilities; paid digital media, marketing strategy, data-driven decision making
  • Experience in Real Estate Property Management
  • Experience with Property Management Software, specifically Entrata
  • Experience with industry-related CRMs
