Join the team of L&L Bookkeeping, a growing, family-oriented company in Grand Rapids.
L&L Bookkeeping is looking for someone who can manage our growing team of bookkeepers. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing month-end financials for our clientele, and assisting our bookkeepers on more complex accounting entries. You will need to evaluate capacity planning when new clientele is onboarded and need to be assigned to staff for daily work. Accounts payable, receivable, and payroll knowledge are required.
As the Accounting Operations Manager, you will also be managing and handling some daily client bookkeeping duties, as we require our staff to be using our accounting and company-specific project management software, to instruct our bookkeepers and keep on top of the software changes and additions. You will be communicating with clients on occasion, by phone, email, or in person.
Candidate must have an accounting degree and have five to ten years of experience in the accounting field. Quickbooks Online and management experience is preferred. This position requires 30-40 hours per week in office.
