·         The role requires a strong program/project management skill with excellent communication,

Strong scope, schedule, and budget management, along with risk, issue and dependency management skills.

·         Strong project budget / financial management skills, someone who understands, resource allocation, and how scope change can impact the budget, holds the line in discussions to ensure the team understands the budget impact of any decision

·         The project is in the eCommerce space, so prior eCommerce project management experience will be highly desired

·         Holds stakeholders accountable and communicates clearly to all levels of the organization
 

Responsibilities :

·         Develops, refines, validates, and manages project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.

·         Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, and project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.

·         Provide timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyze processes and make recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.

·         Develops project plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manage effective execution of the initiatives.

·         Builds consensus among multiple processes leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.

·         Brokers services within IBS and ABC vendors on behalf of the business area represented.

·         Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls, and measurements to monitor project progress.

·         Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.

·         Frequently interacts with IBS staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants and other contractors.
