Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team You will visit job sites, generate your own list of prospects and offer our services to new clients.

You will only need to complete each sale with each new client once - servicing clients will be handled by the office. This will free up your time to attract more new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter leads and prospects in Excel and keep track of progress
  • Present and sell company products and services to new customers on the field
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Follow-up on leads and prospects in-person and/or on the phone
  • Close on your sales

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in "field sales" is a must
  • Able to navigate with Excel. Knowledge in CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with new prospects in the construction field
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Detail-oriented is a plus

Compensation:

  • We offer a low $50,000.00/year salary but with extremely generous commissions. Our commission packages include commissions/royalties for years (or even for life depending on the package).
  • Best of all: you bring a new customer once (first time sale only - we handle the customer going forward) and with every sale/payment of this customer, you get commission for years to come.
