Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for an on the pulse and passionate Sr. Community Coordinator, Social Media to join our social team. This is a crucial role that will build and expand the Patrick Ta Beauty digital presence and lead in cultivating community. This role will be the voice of the brand across all social platforms and include day-to-day engagement with our social community by responding to comments, DMs, inquiries, and surfacing and executing surprise and delight community engagement opportunities and monitoring social sentiment. This role will heavily contribute to the social tone & voice of the brand with opportunity to draft and create social-first copy. This role will report to the Social Media Manager. This position is onsite, located in West Hollywood, CA.
 

ABOUT PATRICK TA BEAUTY

Patrick Ta Beauty was founded in 2019 by world-renowned celebrity makeup artist, Patrick Ta and one of his first-ever clients and beauty and skincare expert, Rima Minasyan. The pair work together to create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. Patrick Ta Beauty's goal has always been to make their consumer feel great in their skin and give them versatile products that can create any look.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, manage and maintain relationships with the Patrick Ta Beauty community network through high-touch engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor and actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in real-time in an on-brand manner across all platforms on a day-to-day basis.
  • Gather and share community insights using analytics tools to help support brand growth and awareness.
  • Work closely with our customer service team on customer service issues and questions appearing on social. Escalate to appropriate internal or external partners as necessary.
  • Ideate, develop, and execute community-based social initiatives that activate social audience online and IRL.
  • Analyze social community behavior and create audience growth strategies that align with brand and business goals.
  • Engage in active social listening and create micro-communities within our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with EDU teams for targeted digital community support in key regions.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice and high touch approach when interacting on the company’s behalf.
  • Be an expert on the latest social media trends and tools, providing recommendations on new channels to test and develop new ways of interacting with the community.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in community management. Experience in beauty a plus.
  • Digital literacy with knowledge of all social media platforms.
  • Proven copywriting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building skills and upholding stellar customer service.
  • Able to multitask seamlessly against multiple projects/deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver and desire to pioneer (comfortable with ambiguity and being resourceful as a means of “finding a way”).
