Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPBE Content & PR CoordinatorResponsibilities:
- Manage VP of Content and Senior Director of PR calendars, coordinating with EVP’s EA when necessary, which includes booking meetings, arranging/confirming travel, and managing expense reports
- Build presentations on PPT or Keynote, and construct charts on Excel and Google Sheets to decipher/interpret subscriber data
- Accurately administer and maintain Content organization system(s) for legal agreements, scripts/treatments, data charts, presentations, and any other materials deemed of key importance to the business
- Assist PR with event coordination including RSVP tracking, light copy editing, and supporting the team, in person, on activation dates
- Share status updates to support PR cross-functional meetings in coordination with PR manager
- Assist with Talent Relations invoicing flow in coordination with PR manager
- Assist PR department with special projects as needed
- Strong written, editing, and verbal communications skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and tracking skills
- Handle multiple tasks with set deadlines as a top priority, with the ability to independently prioritize work
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance
- Independent worker, with strong judgement and ability to make decisions quickly
- Familiarity with streaming TV
- Tech savvy is a huge plus
- 2+ years of administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour
