Job DescriptionJob Description
PBE Content & PR CoordinatorResponsibilities:
  • Manage VP of Content and Senior Director of PR calendars, coordinating with EVP’s EA when necessary, which includes booking meetings, arranging/confirming travel, and managing expense reports
  • Build presentations on PPT or Keynote, and construct charts on Excel and Google Sheets to decipher/interpret subscriber data
  • Accurately administer and maintain Content organization system(s) for legal agreements, scripts/treatments, data charts, presentations, and any other materials deemed of key importance to the business
  • Assist PR with event coordination including RSVP tracking, light copy editing, and supporting the team, in person, on activation dates
  • Share status updates to support PR cross-functional meetings in coordination with PR manager
  • Assist with Talent Relations invoicing flow in coordination with PR manager
  • Assist PR department with special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong written, editing, and verbal communications skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and tracking skills
  • Handle multiple tasks with set deadlines as a top priority, with the ability to independently prioritize work
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance
  • Independent worker, with strong judgement and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with streaming TV
  • Tech savvy is a huge plus
  • 2+ years of administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
  • $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour
