We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning Support: Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management.

  • Logistics Management: Help manage event logistics such as transportation, setup, and teardown. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and in good condition.

  • On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, including managing event flow, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and clients.

  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates as needed. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of event details, prepare reports, and assist with invoicing and budgeting as required.

  • Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of event marketing materials and promotions. Assist with social media and digital marketing efforts related to events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

  • Attributes: A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding events. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, hospitality, event management, or a related field is a plus.
