Are you a dynamic marketing professional eager to lead strategic initiatives in a vibrant and thrilling industry? Join Danger Hart Hospitality, a top-tier developer of bars, restaurants, and music venues tailored for young professionals. We're in search of a passionate Marketing Manager to optimize brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all marketing channels.

*Please Note: This is an in-office/on-site role.*

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Craft engaging content across written, visual, and social media platforms. Design compelling graphics for print and social media. Manage editorial calendars.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, develop content calendars, and actively engage with the audience.

  • Paid Marketing: Develop budgets and effectively plan paid advertising campaigns across social media channels.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms. Analyze results to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Website Management: Maintain the website with current events and information.

  • Event Marketing: Develop creative event concepts, manage event listings on relevant platforms, and promote events to drive attendance.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials (including website) consistently reflect our brand identity.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital strategies.

  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Expertise in social media marketing and paid advertising.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
