Risi Roofing, an emerging leader in the roofing industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team in Maricopa County, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close sales from appointments scheduled for you, aiming for a 30% closure rate.
  • Attend 3-5 pre-booked appointments per day, delivering top-tier customer service and sales expertise.
  • Utilize your sales experience, ideally in roofing or a related industry, to maximize opportunities.
  • Strive for personal growth and contribute significantly to our team’s success.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive commission structure with an average of $2,500 - $3,500 per sale, earning 25% post-labor and material costs.
  • A growing number of daily appointments (20-25) as the company expands, providing ample sales opportunities.
