A scheduler, or coordinator, is responsible for managing schedules and post. They ensure all parties involved know about the latest updates and agree to the terms. Duties include scheduling posts, managing calls, and prioritizing while balancing tasks and providing customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

· Answering phone calls and emails

· Making phone calls sending emails and schedules

· Reporting open hours daily per location

· Communicating with clients and staff

· Resolving scheduling conflicts

· Finding coverage for open posts

· Accommodating special requests

· Logistics (placing guards near home)

Requirements:

· Written and oral skills

· Active listening and being open to make accommodations.

· Ability to work within a scheduling database.

· Organization and logistics

· Attention to detail.

· Problem solving and multitasking.

· Data entry/typing skills.

· Customer service skills

· High school diploma/GED

· BS in Business Administration is a plus
