Avalon Star Consulting is looking for experienced, highly motivated, and passionate Business to Business (B2B) Closers/Sales Representatives for a B2B Sales Representative position. This is a commission-only position to start, with the ability to turn into a potential salary/draw structure for certain individuals who achieve targeted deal closing numbers during the initial work period. Situated in beautiful Orlando, Florida, selling our revolutionary B2B business consulting and work solutions systems on a B2B level offers you the chance of truly unlimited earning potential. We specialize in performing different companies' open job position role and/or work project role in a better, safer, and more cost-effective manner, without the various salary commitments and internal HR risks to them which can come along with hiring a full-time or part-time individual employee or contractor for certain job and/or project roles.

This job position offers a commission-only compensation structure, where your income is directly tied to your sales performance. With Avalon Star Consulting, your earning potential is limitless, as it is simply about your ability to close deals and hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities, including client interactions and sales pipelines.

  • Provide top-notch customer service and build long-term partnerships with clients.

  • Collaborate with other company team members to support sales efforts.

  • Help with developing and implementing different sales strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Manage and track the progress of sales pipelines and forecast future sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in performing and closing B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Strong cold calling skills

  • Great negotiation and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with both social media marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) concepts is helpful, but not required.
