Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for developing relationships with large multi-national organizations and then managing and growing those relationships in the US, Canada and Mexico.  

 

PRC is the largest minority owned independent provider of equipment financing solutions in North America.

We manage a portfolio of over $2B in assets, working and marketing exclusively to large investment grade credit companies, primarily the Fortune 500.

We finance a broad spectrum of equipment including material handling equipment, IT equipment, automation/robotic equipment, storage equipment, renewable energy assets, and tractor/trailers.

 

Account Executives are based in our Irvine, CA corporate office. 

Office/Home Remote Schedule is an earned option after the initial training period of 6 months.

Travel is minimal and weekend work non-existent.

Account Executives earn a base salary along with an uncapped commission plan.

Our Senior Account Executives consistently earn mid six figure incomes. Orange County is expensive. Our Senior AEs can afford to comfortably live here.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply the training you will be provided with to develop relationships, identify opportunities, close business, and cultivate long-term customers.
  • Collaborate effectively and engage with various sales support resources including sales management, account managers, lease administrators, portfolio specialists, etc. so you can focus on business development vs. administrative tasks.
  • Learn to manage your territory to improve your productivity year over year and increase your income annually.

 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Education minimum requirement : Bachelor's degree
  • Possess a proven history of sales success. Experience selling to large corporations and working with C-Suite personnel is a benefit.
  • Enjoy “hunting” as much as “farming.” PRC Account Executives are proficient at both.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles is beneficial.  
  • Enjoy friendly competition. Our AEs do not directly compete with one another. We are a team.
  • Be comfortable developing relationships and offering consultative sales strategies over the phone.
  • Ability to actively manage and grow multiple account relationships. Our successful AEs manage 6-12 accounts.
