Responsibilities

  • All aspects of Accounts Payable
  • All aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger Posting
  • Sales Tax Reporting
  • Fixed Asset Tracking
  • Various Miscellaneous Projects
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Annual 1099 reporting
  • Contractor pay applications.
  • State reporting
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors
  • Worker’s Comp and GL Audits

 

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s in accounting
  • Construction industry experience a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Sage 100 and Paperless software experience a plus
  • Excellent MS Office Skills, specifically Excel
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with others, internally and externally.
  • Detail and deadline oriented.
  • Quick learner and ability to grasp various software programs and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic & teambuilding skills
