As Senior Product Manager, you'll contribute to our vision by:
- Owning the product lifecycle from initial conception through launch, and overseeing post-launch activities including measurement, optimization, and growth

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process to enhance user experience based on Member research and feedback.
- Integrate feedback and market research into product development to ensure the product meets and exceeds Member expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support Member success initiatives.
- Drive innovation by encouraging creative solutions to user needs and industry challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to make informed tech trade-offs.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and Member success teams to ensure a seamless workflow and cohesive team environment.
- Lead by example and influence without authority, managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts with empathy and effectiveness.
Requirements
For success in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of product management experience in a tech or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in owning and executing product strategies and roadmaps
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and work effectively with varied stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience or exposure to the residential real estate sector
- Working knowledge of product-led growth (PLG), design-led product growth, or leveraging modern AI techniques
