MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST Do you have an eye for detail and an appetite for problem solving? Are you both creative and analytical? We've got an opportunity for you: we are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Content Specialist who is always up for a challenge. WHAT YOU HAVE: - Initiative to learn and master new skills quickly. - Love of problem-solving, social media, creative writing, and getting things done. - Familiar with marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. - Ability to generate and execute creative ideas. - Ability to adapt to multiple brand voices and audience segments. - A drive to execute at a high level with exceptional attention to detail. - A team player mindset: highly service-oriented, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure. - Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Work closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social, mail, etc.), brands, and audiences. - Work closely with Marketing Manager to create muti-channel content that support our content strategy. - Maintain, manage, and grow our social media presence across multiple brands and platforms. - Coordinate a wide variety of marketing projects and events, working closely not only with the marketing team, but also with sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership. - Work with Marketing Manager to report on marketing performance. - Provide administrative support to the marketing team. Qualifications: 1-2 years experience with Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, etc. Great communication and writing skills Highly organized and ability to work well under pressure Knowledgeable of social media platforms Ability to think outside the box and willing and able to take on new challenges
