**Job Title:** Christian Radio Sales Representative

**Location:** Yardley, PA

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The commission is residual and with good work ethic, you can make good money with working for us. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales as well as strong background in sales. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with businesses, ministries, Churches and organizations, helping them reach their target audience through effective advertising on our station.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the station.
- **Client Acquisition:** Identify, approach, and secure new advertising clients, including businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and exceeded.
- **Customized Advertising Solutions:** Work closely with clients to create customized advertising packages that align with their marketing goals and budget.
- **Market Research:** Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth on our network. 
- **Presentations:** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of advertising on our station.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in radio, media, or advertising, but past experience in this field isn’t a necessary, just a plus. 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

- Bachelors degree is a plus, but it is not required

- Salary is open for negotiation and a very good residual commission structure.  Most contracts are 12 months with most renewing thereafter.
