Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive Director of Sales & Partnerships to join our team. This role is not just about selling; it's about leading and inspiring others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a great influencer, is empathetic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor others. This position offers the opportunity to build and shape our sales strategy, grow with the company, and eventually lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on growing our customer base and expanding into new markets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Serve as a coach and mentor to future sales team members, sharing best practices, providing training, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the intelligence, investigations, or cybersecurity sectors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and sales analytics tools.
