Patient Care Coordinator

Upscale Oral Surgery office is looking for a bright, motivated and talented Patient Care Coordinator. This person is the primary point of contact and communication for patients, therefor, plays a key role in our practice.

This is a customer service/ patient care position so a positive attitude is a must. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, kind and enjoy helping patients. Must be able to work well as part of a successful team and willing to grow with our company. We are a multi-doctor practice and are fast paced. The ability to multi-task, prioritize and discuss financials in a professional and confident manner is a MUST. Front desk DENTAL experience is REQUIRED. Position is 35-40hours per week and bilingual/spanish speaking is a huge plus.

Job Responsibilities

· Greet patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner

· Schedule/ reschedule/ confirm appointments

· Verify insurance benefits

· Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options

· Work as team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible

· Ability to multitask effectively, uses discretion and good judgement, and maintains patient confidentiality.
