We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Associate with the skills to join the team in our office. The right person will complement our team, will work with and communicate with all team members and clients regarding new services, contracts, and client success.

SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the successful management of the digital strategy for our many clients. The primary objective of this position is to manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing to increase conversions, calls, and revenue, but also including all social media channels, social media marketing, our own digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. The role requires a progressive-minded thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of marketing and sales to drive positive brand exposure and growth. This person handles the day-to-day management and execution while also developing longer-term strategies and testing optimization. This role will work within our digital marketing team as a key player for the success of our clients and own business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Search Engine Marketing Campaigns on Google, Bing, Ad Roll, and social media networks
  • Manage Search Engine Marketing budget planning and recommendations
  • Mange Search Engine Marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Create ad copy and perform keyword research, analysis and optimizations
  • Research and create geo targeting SEM campaigns and perform A/B Testing
  • Manage and track spend across all SEM campaigns
  • Achieve targeted ROI and Ad Spend for SEM campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions and CPL, CPA, CPC and CPE pricing models
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools and industry research
  • Attend regular calls with Google and Bing Representatives
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to implement programs and solve problems that impact SEO/SEM
  • Strong knowledge of link-building strategies, keyword density, link architecture and structure, page naming conventions, overall spider friendliness, keyword and bid management, log file analysis and traffic reporting, paid inclusion and other topical trends in SEO
  • Excellent team player with strong project management and communication skills
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships with internal staff and external partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
  • Manages internal expectations, bringing issues/concerns to attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays.
  • Works closely with other members of the Marketing team to ensure strategies are aligned.
  • Proactively keeps abreast of marketing, media, and promotional plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Helps to nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and grow market share.

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

Required Education, Experience, Training, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Intermediate or higher expertise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • At least 2 years of experience with SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Prior Google Analytics certification or ready to earn the certification.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital best practices, strategies, digital touchpoints and latest platforms and trends.
  • PC Skills – requires an advanced understanding of web analytics, digital search, digital display, basic html coding, paid social, organic social media management platforms, computer hardware and software, along with the ability to review and analyze reports in company systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful approaches.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a broader team environment.
  • Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record.
