Due to our company's growth Rock Dental Brands is hiring a Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant is responsible for intermediate level professional financial accounting. May serve as subject matter expert in a specialized area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who's looking to further their career as an Accountant.

Responsibilities Include

  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including cash forecasting, debt and interest tracking, equity analysis, and bank compliance tracking.

  • Manage one or more fiscal and accounting functions for formulating and recommending policies and procedures to effectively administer such programs.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, and state regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Prepares, reviews, and analyzes a variety of reports, accounts, reconciliations, statements to and from internal departments, financial institutions, and external agencies

  • Additional responsibilities can be assigned as needed.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • 3 - 4 years accounting experience

  • Knowledge of US GAAP

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, accounting software and databases

  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, project management and communication skills

  • CPA certification preferred
