Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a strategic thinking Sales Representative who is a self-motivated, go-getter and is always in the pursuit of consistent growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing in the business community, with the objective to provide creative client solutions. 

Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory.
  • Prepare questions to learn about the customer an understand if an opportunity exists during the discovery meeting. Product knowledge will provide possible solutions to recommend.
  • Understand and effectively deliver quotes articulating our products.
  • Reached agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Attend networking opportunities.
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
  • Client follow-up and consistent communication with customers.
  • Single point of contact to get the job done and exceed customer's expectations.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in Sales, Customer Service or other related field with strong interest in impacting customer solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
  • Detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management skills are required.
  • Ability to think on your feet in conversation and ask or answer questions with ease.
  • Relevant knowledge of the sign industry is preferred.
