Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Regularly track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.

  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms, making recommendations for adjustments to campaigns as needed.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance.

 

Required Skills

  • 4yrs+ Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to create direct response and conversion copy.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience with A/B testing and an understanding of statistical significance.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience with Trading and Financial Services will be considered a serious advantage.

  • Experience managing remote and on-site team and workflows
