· Identify, explain, and resolve anomalies in product sales velocity.
· Work closely with the E-commerce, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Enhance customer satisfaction by managing orders and customer expectations efficiently.
· Knowledgeable in launching ad campaigns and promotions across various marketplaces.
Related Experience:
· Experience in managing and growing online marketplace presence.
· Proven track record of enhancing sales through data-driven analysis and strategic planning.
· Familiar with e-commerce platforms and understanding of their specific requirements for success.
· Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
· College degree or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience working with 3rd party marketplaces
· Experience working with analytics tools such as Quick sight, Jungle Scout, Data hawk and any other 3rd party tools specifically related to e-commerce.
· Smart, hard-working, ambitious, dedicated, and a team player
· Strong organization skills and personal accountability
