Senior Maintenance Manager

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at our Denver, CO high volume Purina Animal Food Manufacturing plant and the bulk facility in Commerce City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance leadership and support to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site assets, facility maintenance, and facility preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise, develop, and lead a team of approximately seven plant maintenance personnel across three shifts and two facilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to identify opportunities for improvement in the maintenance department
  • Follow all Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies
  • Manage CAPEX projects from concept to completion
  • Adapt to changing organizational and operational needs with the ability to lead others through change
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in a Maintenance Supervisory/Management Role in a manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma
  • Solid PLC (Allen Bradly) knowledge, Electrical knowledge, strong Mechanical Aptitude, familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) preferred
