This role involves collaborating with translation and localization agencies, content marketing teams, and other departments to deliver high-quality localized content to non-US customers, ensuring a user experience equivalent to or superior to that of US customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project execution, including collaboration with translation agencies, compliance with deadlines, standards/methodology, quality standards, and status reporting.
  • Manage and ensure day-to-day project tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Customer feedback, entry of CAPA's, and completion of investigations.
  • Collaboration with the content team, project vendors, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management.
  • Customer and internal communication and status reporting.
  • Collaborating with Content Management Team to recreate ads, define new processes, and strategize on process and tool optimization.
  • Ensure linguistic material, such as glossaries, style guides, are consistently updated and delivered per SLA's.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Participate in quality audits, recognize opportunities for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • BA degree or equivalent, preferred.
  • Project Management experience; SCRUM preferred.
  • E-Commerce DTC marketing experience, preferred.
  • Linguistic skills in a language other than English; excellent English communication skills.
  • Localization production experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Is flexible, able to prioritize tasks wisely, and rapidly apply keen judgment to complex situations.
  • Solid understanding of online production processes and a passion for international marketing expansion.
  • Experience with project management tools and international marketplace application knowledge, preferred.
  • Experience in methods of automating workflows a plus.
