Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, team player, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement campaigns, manage social media, and engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating content that aligns with the brand’s voice.
  • Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including flyers, posters, email newsletters, and other digital content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate events and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
  • Assist with customer feedback, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing software is a plus.
