NetFabric IT Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting department's efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of business transactions.
  • Maintain and provide precise and timely data to support financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate weekly accounts receivable (AR) reports.
  • Conduct and document collection efforts.
  • Identify, correct, and document potential accounting errors or areas of concern.
  • Maintain AR documentation.
  • Collaborate on developing and refining processes to optimize efficiency and the overall accounts receivable workflow.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Generate Profit & Loss reports per customer to assess profitability.
  • Cross-train in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred).
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required.
