Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Generate leads through various channels, Tele-marketing, Face to Face sales, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a technical or solar sales role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
