At Winslow Design Studio, we believe in creating a unique environment that allows the ultimate functionality with our client’s objectives in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person for office organization, receiving mail, FedEx, UPs, and maintaining supplies,
  • Great visitors and clients.
  • Providing general support to employees.
  • Assist Designer to ensure change orders are entered and invoiced.
  • Assist Designer with clients to organize meeting, schedules and paperwork, flies, and presentations.
  • Coordination with clients to collect design data, including site visits as required. Offer guidance for clients through their project layout design.
  • Assist Designer to perform basic measurements and information required for designing client’s projects and product selections.
  • Work with Designer to present design to clients along with selections making modifications as needed.
  • Work with client, team, and contractor interface in support of projects.
  • Mechanical walk-throughs and/or site visits with sub-contractors on remodels and new home construction.
  • Work with Designer, clients and team to incorporate design changes, review of submittals, and on-site project visits, when needed.
  • Throughout a project always keep direct communication with clients.

Skills/Qualifications

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • The desire to learn new software that coincides with Winslow Design Studio, as needed.
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, such as Team Meetings and Zoom.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Trustworthy, high morals, honesty, and integrity with a positive attitude..
  • Background in working well with clients and being part of a team.
  • Design background preferred.
  • Design Software knowledge and proficiency preferred.
  • A combination of experience and education will be considered.

 

Schedule/Benefits

  • Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm with occasional hours prior and after, as needed
