  • Compile field service tickets and process for payroll
  • Verify inventory and price for all parts used on service ticket
  • Prepare billing information
  • Input customer transaction into electronic billing system
  • Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices into a computer system utilizing Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains.
  • Generate invoices and monthly billing
  • Prepare aging report and submit to customer
  • Create invoices and submit billing online
  • Process maintenance tickets
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Perform filing, copying, and scanning
  • Respond to customer inquiries

Qualification:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
  • Knowledge, Abilities and Specialized Skills:
  • Computers
  • Customer Service
  • Research and Problem Solving Skills
  • Work Experience: Preferred; will train.

In addition, members of the Accounting Department may be asked to perform a variety of accounting and/or clerical functions as directed by the Controller. Tasks may change as the needs of the business change. This individual must be willing to take on new challenges and be flexible with regard to the requirements essential for the growth of Miller Refrigeration and affiliated companies. The ability to adapt to change and to keep current with the daily workflow is essential as are basic accounting, computer, organizational and customer skills.
