Role Overview:

 

Viirtue is seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC/SEM, Remarketing, Display, and Account-Based Marketing, with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through various digital channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, remarketing and social channel management and advertising; Implement and manage account-based marketing strategies (to target key accounts and decision-makers).
  • CRM and Campaign Management: Oversee the management of campaigns in our CRM and execute effective marketing campaigns that align with Viirtue’s business goals.
  • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing/content team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals; own managing the digital campaign calendar with the Marketing Specialist and Marketing leadership.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Understanding: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC/SEM, Remarketing, Display, and Account-Based Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with Hubspot (CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are a plus.
