Responsibilities
- Personal Care:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication administration, and toileting.
- Support and Supervision:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Support clients in developing and maintaining social relationships.
- Supervise and assist with recreational activities and community outings.
- Household Management:
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Complete daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Compliance and Training:
- Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience preferred
- Driver’s license preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
