Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair of commercial washers, dryers, 
  • Complete repairs at the customer's location as directed.
  • Applies knowledge and ability to use hand tools and operate test equipment.
  • Services all equipment according to the service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems, replaces worn or defective parts and wiring on location.
  • Explains repairs and reviews service orders with customers in a clear manner to avoid miscommunication.
  • Cleans up work area prior to leaving each job.
  • Collects and submits customer payments to management promptly.
  • Maintains service vehicles, performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook.
