Assisted Living Marketer/ Community Outreach Responsibilities :
-Meet with hospitals discharge planners & case managers
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, hospitals, and community organizations to generate referrals.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, admissions, to ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
Assisted Living Marketer Requirements:
Must have Marketing Experience in a long term facility. Preferably Assisted Living / Nursing Home or similar.
