As a Full Time Marketing Trainee in developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns, our highly trained entry-level Marketing Trainees serve as product and brand ambassadors for each of our client services. The Full Time Marketing Trainee is responsible for executing dynamic marketing and sales campaigns that make each client’s products competitive in a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately assist to increase market share

  • Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue through direct marketing, sales, and face to face interactions

  • Strong leadership and management abilities over time through trial and error along with situational training 
  • Assess customer and client needs based off the demand of the client and the quota needed by the local office needs

Full Training is provided We are looking for immediate Marketing Trainee who is motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away

Full Time Marketing Trainee will:

  • Have a great student mentality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with customers face to face
  • Prefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hours
  • Be able to commute to events throughout the local area
  • Possess outstanding communication skills
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Have some previous experience in retail, sales or customer service
