Job Summary:

The Sales Recruiter will conduct end-to-end recruiting recruitment processes for open positions within the Sales Department, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Proactively manage job requisition process from hiring manager request to final approval.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gather information beyond the job description that will lead to success in the job such as deal breakers, desired behaviors and characteristics, etc.
  • Advertise job as necessary including posting on company careers site, job boards, niche groups and agencies, social media, print, job fairs, etc.
  • Screen applications/resumes in ATS and adjudicate based on job description and intake meeting.
  • Source qualified passive candidates online from social media, resume databases, etc.
  • Conduct phone screens of candidates and advance or decline.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Provide coaching on interview techniques to hiring managers and interview preparedness to candidates.
  • Seek and consolidate candidate feedback from hiring manager and other interviewers as applicable.
  • Prepare and deliver job offers to candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Education –
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Competencies/Skills –
    • Highly driven and optimistic
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to travel on occasion
    • Knowledge of hiring requirements, and best practices
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience –
    • 5+ years’ experience as an end-to-end recruiter
    • 2+ years' experience filling sales roles
    • Experience in a Healthcare or related industry, preferred
  • Certifications/Licenses –
    • SHRM-TASC or equivalent preferred
