Job Description:

As a Lead Generator/Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our countertop products. Operating within Costco locations, you will engage with customers and provide them with information about our products and services, with a focus on countertop remodels and installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach customers at Costco locations to introduce them to our countertop products and services.
  • Engage in friendly and informative conversations with potential customers to assess their needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers about the benefits and features of our countertops, including material options, customization possibilities, and installation process.
  • Collect contact information and lead details from interested customers for follow-up by our sales team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the Costco location.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work weekends as this is the prime sales time.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to different Costco locations within the designated area.
