Job DescriptionJob Description

Hiring an EXPERIENCED Kitchen and bathroom designer at a high end kitchen & bath showroom in Beverly Hills.

Requirements:

- Applicants should have excellent organizational skills

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the interior design, architectural firm and/or in construction.

- Bachelor degree in interior design or related field

- Knowledge of kitchen & bath mechanical (electrical & plumbing) plans for residential projects

- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Indesign, SketchUp is a must

- Suggesting appropriate materials and finishes.

- Assisting clients to select and supervise the work of independent contractors, so that their duties are conducted in accordance with clients' visions.

- Informing clients about appropriate care for their kitchens.

- Observing prescribed building and safety regulations.

- Ability to work with professional mannerism and a team player

- Knowledge of construction and building codes are a plus

- Ability to go to job sites to job sites independently.

- 2 professional references should be included with your application
