TLC Rents is an Atlanta-based Event Rental Company currently hiring an experienced FULL-TIME OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, to initiate contact with clients and create tailored-fit proposals that meet their needs. Prior Event/Party Rental Space experience is preferred.


As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be traveling to assigned territories within the Atlanta Metro Area to meet with current clients and prospects to discuss their needs, provide product and service information, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of updates. If you are highly organized, assertive, and goal-driven with a strong desire for long-term growth and income success, you will be successful in this position.


Core responsibilities include qualifying prospects within an assigned territory and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals. You will move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultation, sales, and customer experience. You will negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales. Additionally, you will update sales and client databases with current information. You attend team meetings and training workshops to be informed on the latest industry developments and be available for networking events.


Job Requirements: A proven history of outside sales experience is preferred. Competent computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM software. Strong negotiating, planning, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Meticulous with a mastery of time management to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
