Position Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and grow our market share in the custom home builders’ industry. You will achieve this by converting sales leads into closed deals, strengthening existing relationships, and developing new ones to drive sustained growth. Your efforts will ensure that our company remains a trusted partner in the custom home building sector.

 Proactively engage with leads, present our product offerings, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and store associates to ensure continued business and satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Utilize judgment and decision-making skills to identify problems, address objections, and implement effective resolutions.

Effective Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
