Job Type: Full Time, Contractor

Rate: $25+ per hour depending on experience

Scope of Work:

  • Maintain the organization, storage, and retrieval of digital assets including images, videos, graphics, and documents for dietary supplements and health & wellness products.

  • Ensure all digital assets are properly tagged, categorized, and stored in our Amplify Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for easy access and retrieval.

  • Maintain metadata standards and enforce best practices for asset management.

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing, Design, and Production Teams to manage the lifecycle of digital assets from creation to archival.

  • Facilitate the distribution of digital assets to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Reporting issues related to digital assets and to the DAM system.

  • Create a written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of our process for cross training purposes.

  • Manage version control and ensure outdated or redundant assets are archived or deleted appropriately.

  • Assist in developing processes to streamline the management and usage of digital assets.
