Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness in the vape and CBD oil industry. They will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for developing effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
  5. Collaborate with product development teams to innovate new offerings and enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market demand.
  6. Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
  8. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal requirements.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing functions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the vape or CBD oil industry.
  3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and market segmentation.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  8. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the vape and CBD oil industry is a plus.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
