Job DescriptionJob Description

Electronics Renewal is an established telecom solutions provider. We are seeking a full-time manager to lead a team of developers building customized solutions for our clients using C#/.Net and Microsoft SQL.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, ensuring that they are motivated, productive, and aligned with the company’s and client's goals.
  • Work closely with CTO to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. This involves defining project scopes, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical leadership by making informed decisions on architecture, design, and technology choices. Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and employs efficient development methodologies.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders (e.g., product managers, clients, and upper management), ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and needs. Align development efforts with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the quality of the software being developed by implementing code reviews, ensuring adherence to testing standards, and maintaining high-quality code. Ensure that the final product meets or exceeds performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Education and Experience:

7+ years’ experience leading a team and developing/coding software:
Multiple clients and solutions
Code review and best practice
MVC, .NET Framework and .NET Core
C# programming
Entity Framework / ADO.NET
Version Control (TFS)
Microsoft SQL
Windows Services and Console Apps
Visual Studio


Excellent communication skills

Additional qualifications not required, but are a plus:
Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
DevExpress
SharePoint
Azure / AWS

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)
  • Master’s (Preferred)
